About Me – Mr. Helper:
Let me tell you a little about me. I am the author of this site, bestcarwreckinfo.com, and I used to work as an Auto Claims Adjuster for a well-known multi-state insurance company. I was an automobile claims adjuster for eleven years and I handled claims in several different states. I have also been in a few car accidents myself, and have experience making claims with insurance companies. So I know about the process from both sides of the coin. There is one common thing I heard from customers on an almost daily basis, and that is they have never been in a car accident before, and have no idea what to do on their claim. They aren’t sure what the process is all about and I find that explaining the process to them helps me build the best rapport with them.
I want to be able to share my knowledge with others based on my experience as a claims adjuster and the few car accidents that I have been in myself. I feel the process is pretty straight-forward, but understand that unless you are an attorney or a claims adjuster, or have get into car accidents everyday, you probably would not know what to do after a car accident because there is very little information presented to the general public about this topic. I hope you find value from this site, and that it helps you get through the auto claims process.
I am writing these pages and the associated blogs with you, the individual in mind. I am a working person with a family and understand how fast-paced our society has become. You want information and you want it now. However, sometimes the quick answer is not the best answer, and if I publish something on this site, I will do so in a way that gives you a concise but well-thought out answers to your many questions that you may have about insurance claims. I cannot tell you what to do or how much your own claim is worth…ever. I do want to give you background information on the process though so you can try to make the best educated decisions when dealing with the claims adjuster on your claim.
